Maybe you have spent years feeling out of sync, overwhelmed, overstimulated, emotionally exhausted, or like other people missed what was really going on beneath the surface. Maybe you learned to mask so well that even asking for help feels complicated.

At Day One Counseling, we specialize in supporting neurodivergent individuals, and we want this process to feel different. We understand that ADHD, autism, sensory needs, burnout, anxiety, trauma, and executive functioning challenges can shape everyday life in ways that are real, exhausting, and often invisible to others.

You do not have to figure it all out alone here. Our wellness coordinator helps match you with a therapist who is a strong fit, so the burden does not fall entirely on you to choose the “right” person and hope they understand.

We want therapy to feel like a place where you can exhale. A space where you can be honest, unmask, and explore what support actually looks like for you. Not support built around who others expect you to be, but support that honors who you already are.
