About

Aleah is a recent graduate of the University of Scranton and has experience supporting teens and adults from diverse backgrounds as they navigate ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and other challenges.Together, you’ll create space to better understand your experiences, reconnect with your strengths, and work toward growth in a way that feels genuine and meaningful to you.

BackGround and Approach

Aleah’s approach is grounded in Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and a trauma-informed lens. She takes a client-centered and relationship-focused approach, recognizing that no two people, and no two stories, are the same.

Aleah believes therapy should feel collaborative, compassionate, and genuine. She sees her role as walking alongside you creating a space where you can slow down, feel heard, make sense of what you’re experiencing, and grow at your own pace. She’ll hold space for the messy, complicated, and uncertain parts of life while helping you reconnect with your strengths, values, and sense of self.

Whether you’re navigating a major transition, feeling stuck in patterns that no longer feel like you, or simply wanting to better understand yourself and your relationships, Aleah’s goal is to meet you where you are and support you in getting where you want to go.
