Individual Therapy

Individual therapy is a one-on-one space where you can slow down, feel heard, and work through what’s been weighing on you. At Day One Counseling, individual therapy is person-centered, which means your needs, preferences, and values help guide the process and the goals of our work together.

This work can be especially helpful if you feel stuck, overwhelmed, anxious, or unsure how to move forward. Therapy gives you space to better understand your thoughts, emotions, and patterns, while also building practical tools so you can feel more grounded, more in control, and more like yourself.
