Women`s Therapy

Women face many conflicting messages in regard to living a full and satisfying life–messages concerning what we should do, what we should think, how we should look, how we should act, and who we should be. We put so much importance on these messages that we get caught up in trying to attain them–even if they are unattainable. Many women struggle with feelings of self-doubt and unworthiness, which can lead to more serious issues.

Women’s therapy is not about placing blame on men for the challenges women face. Women’s therapy is about empowering women to discover their incredible beauty so that they are able to act from a place of truth and confidence. From this place, they will be able to find a proper balance between caring for self and others. From this place, they will learn to accept themselves for all that they are–both good and bad. From this place, they will be able to shine all of the parts they treasure most, without shame.

We help women to let go of the opinion of others–one of human nature’s biggest challenges. We help them learn who they are and how to use their gifts in the world, regardless of what others think. We teach self-forgiveness and letting go of guilt and shame, so that each and every client can learn how to shine first, from within.
