Pam holds a Master’s Degree from the University at Buffalo and has over 19 years of experience in the field of mental health. Throughout her career, she has specialized in helping individuals navigate trauma, depression, anxiety disorders, self-esteem challenges, life transition struggles, and grief. Pam values each woman’s uniqueness and believes in facilitating clients to see and trust their own wisdom and goodness. With life experiences including marriage, raising children, and trauma, Pam has developed deep empathy and self-respect.
BackGround and Approach
Her therapeutic approach is person-centered, tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. She incorporates techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, grief work, and traditional talk therapy to provide a holistic treatment experience. Boundaries and a supportive environment are central to the work she does.
